4. Products and Descriptions
QHomeLife sells home and lifestyle products through this website. We work to describe every item accurately, including its materials, dimensions, and features, and to photograph products faithfully. However:
- Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting;
- Minor variations in texture or finish can occur between production batches;
- Stated measurements may vary slightly from the delivered item.
These small variations are normal and are not defects. If an item you receive is materially different from its description, please contact us and we will make it right under our Refund & Return Policy.
5. Pricing and Errors
All prices on this site are listed in United States dollars (USD). Prices do not include any applicable taxes or duties unless stated at checkout, where the final total is always displayed before you pay.
Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If an order is cancelled for this reason after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We may correct pricing or descriptive errors on the site at any time.
6. Orders, Acceptance, and Fulfillment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. After you check out, you will receive an order confirmation email; this confirms we received your order, not that it has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we ship your items and send you a shipping confirmation.
