How We Curate
QHomeLife is a curated retailer, not a manufacturer. We select products from established manufacturers, and we believe you should always know exactly what you’re buying. That’s why every listing on our site names the manufacturer, and includes the manufacturer part number (MPN) and the GTIN (barcode number) wherever the manufacturer has assigned one. If a product detail isn’t verified, we leave it out rather than guess.
How Buying Works
Shopping with us is simple: add items to your cart, check out securely on our website, and we handle the rest. Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order:
- Order processing: 1–3 business days to verify, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.
- Delivery: 7–15 business days from the order date. This window already includes processing time, so it starts the day you order — not the day we ship.
- Returns: 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
- Sales tax: we do not collect sales tax on orders.
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email right away, and a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
